Rita was baptised at the Church and her children attended Sunday School. She later served as a Deacon before leaving the church.
Returning to the church in recent years, she has renewed her membership and was relected a Deacon at the AGM in 2014.
Rita currently leads ‘Knitting for the Needy’ which meets on Tuesday afternoons and is also responsible for the Sunday readers rota.
Her husband, Harry has recently joined the Grounds Team.
